Who handles the data

The controller is Igor Lihtar (voidown), Croatia. For any question about your data, write to igor.lihtar@voidown.com.

What is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email address, project type, rough budget and message.

The site uses no analytics, ad networks or visitor tracking tools.

Why, and on what basis

The data is used only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long

Inquiries are kept for at most 12 months after the last contact. If an inquiry turns into a project, the correspondence is kept as long as accounting and contract rules require.

Who else is involved

Cloudflare, Inc. serves the site and receives the message from the form. Resend, Inc. delivers that message as an email to my inbox, and Hostinger International Ltd. provides the email service where the inbox is kept. All of them process the data only on my behalf, to provide that service. Where data leaves the European Union, this happens under the safeguards the General Data Protection Regulation requires.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared with anyone else.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

If you pick a language by hand, one functional cookie, voidown-lang, is stored for a year so you get the same language next time.

The Pogon demo stores your chosen theme and density in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device.

Cloudflare may set a technical cookie to protect the site from bots.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable form. An email to igor.lihtar@voidown.com is enough.

If you believe your data is handled unlawfully, you can complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr) or the authority in your country.
